 Weird puppy fur stage? or is something wrong?
My Brutis is a 4mo old mix. When he was younger he had thick fuzzy fur. In the last two weeks or so he went through a flaky skin thing not ichy or any thing just flaky. That has pretty much stopped. He is losing his puppy fuzz and looks really scruffy. Long hairs, short spots. Is this normal or is there something wrong? I know they transition to an adult coat but do they start doing it this early? I talked to a girl who had a pure breed and she said her dog didn't go through this. Has any one else's dog go through this or is this a symptom of something? |
