The vast majority of us are buying pet quality yorkies. Once that decision is made it boils down to what you can afford. And even if I had to stretch my budget a little to get a pup that I loved the looks of and that had a wonderrful personaltiy I'd do it. I'd consider myself lucky that that yorkie baby and I found each other. Now, having said that, it's also true that an expensive yorkie isn't necessarily going to have a good personality. By the time these little ones are ready to leave home though, you can pretty well judge what their personality is after just one visit. Bo was extremely well socialized. It sounds like you've found a gem at any price. Don't second guess yourself. Congrats on finding the love of your life, well, of the furred variety anyway!
