Awww, poor little Sal! Gosh, it's been so long since Max was neutered I hardly remember anything about it! He seemed a little uncomfortable when he first got home the first night, but after that, it seemed like a breeze. I kept the collar on him only for the first night, just b/c I was afraid he might lick while I was sleeping, but he slept all night and then I kept the collar off and just kept an eye on him; he never did lick it.
I have to get Madison neutered though and he's at least 2 yrs old....wish someone had done it when he was a baby, but I suppose that would have defeated his purpose
. And Madison is a LICKER!!!, so I know it's not going to be such a breeze!
