Do I call my local one back or maybe the one for her town and report her *again*? I mean, I never saw the *conditions* but Amy did... and knows and she has been/was investigated and warned.. but seeing this ad just makes me really think nothing was every done!  |
I would probably notify the advertiser that placed the ad and contact the ASPCA in her area.
