I too am trying to let Nathans hair grow out too and he will tolerate a cloth covered rubberband and i only use black and he wears boy clothes when we go out so most of the time people know he is a boy and they ask why do you have his hair in a ponytail I tell them the show yorkies are allowed to do this and he is my show yorkie!!!
