Hello, my name is Shirla and I am a new Mom to a Yorkie and I am also new to this board. I've never owned a Yorkie and I have to say it had been a joy having this precious girl in my life. My family gave her to me for my birthday which was in March. Her name is Emma and she is now 5 months old. She has taken so well to potty training and has been a wonderful fit to your family, I cant even remember when she wasn't a part of our life's.
I live in VA, married and have 4 kids (2 girls and 2 boys), two are grown (my girls) with children of their own and 2 still live at home, my baby is graduating in June from high school.
I found this board last night and spent a lot of time reading a lot of the post and decided to register today and join in.
I'm not sure how to post a pic yet, I was able to get one of Emma on my avatar though.
