That is why he does not want to do it, he is still to young to get it. I started out tryin to practice in the house and lure him with treats and eventually they get the idea. Now that buddy is 7 months it is more of him taking me for a walk because at this age he is so curious that he must check everything out, and preferably mark it as his territory.
