 walking on a leash
carter refuses to walk on a leash. i've tried taking him just up and down the sidewalk in front of my apartment. he just sits there and won't move. i try calling him and everything, but he won't budge. how can i get him to move? usually dogs have a problem with *pulling* on the leash, not staying still. i want to take him on walks!
