Tbone used to do this (and still will) when his stomach is really empty. I had to start feeding him before bed because he would always have an empty tummy in the morning. Once we figured out the right feeding schedule for him, he got a lot better. It is so important for your puppy to be eating lots right now! Hope the vet helps out, let us know how it goes!
