I'm glad your baby did well!!
I just want to mention that bananas are not recommended for dogs with kidney problems because they are high in potassium.
There is a supplement called Azodyl/Vetoquinol that helps with elevated kidney values. You may want to ask your vet about this and see if it would be of benefit for your baby.
