As far as he could tell all the puppies are still alive...he could feel them all moving...he said maybe a fingernail???
He doesn't really know. Yes she's on antibiotics, she had to have a shot when I first got her in because her temp was so high. I was scared I would lose her. The only discharge she had was losing her mucus plug...no green, so I know she hasn't miscarried. I asked about spaying...he said if she has to have a c-section it's something to think about...but he doesn't feel like it will be a recurring theme...just a fluke. I don't know much about it...except what I've read.
He's going to re-check her on Monday, that's all he said...I'm not sure how long he's planning on waiting. What he really wants is for her to go into hard labor first, which I suppose eventually HAS to happen...but I just hope it's not too late for the puppies.
