Yep, women and snakes do not mix. Haven't since one caused the fall of man. Grew up close to two creeks. We always had huge snakes hanging around on the pipes in our adobe basement. My mom would take a long plastic pipe, coax the snake into it, carry it outside, and chop its head off with a hoe. I'm more freaked out by nasty mice. They are so dirty, dripping pee everywhere they run.
