HI guys. Thanks for the advice. I posted on another thread that it is in fact not liver problems (thank god, seriously), but rather a problem of low phosphorus. I got the results today. I interrupted my vet 20000 times when she was giving me the results asking her "what? phosphorus? what?" i have never heard of phosphorus problems in yorkies -- it was causing convulsions and lethargy in my Stewie.

My vet recommended Royal Canin Yorkshire for now. I am not sure how I feel about that, but I'll give it a go until I can figure something else out. I had no idea that animal protein is harder on the liver, but that is good to know. I wanted to get a head start on getting some food for him in case the tests didn't come back as good as they did.
