Ok..so there is also another qualification. Tax liability...the lady at the irs told me that you have to have 600 or over in tax liabilty to get the full amount. I am married and have a child and only got 900 dollars rather than the 1500 we were hoping for...because we don't have any tax liablilty. Whatever that really means
