I have to agree with everyone that just because you work full time, that is no reason to rehome him. I worked full time when we first got Tucker, and I used to sit at work and think about him being home alone and it would kill me. (and he wasn't even really alone, we had another dog). Anyway, I retired a yar and a half ago and what everyone is telling you is true: even with me home all day, Tucker still spends most of his time sleeping.
As long as you are giving Leo lots of attention when you are home you don't have anything to worry about. And, he doesn't know any differently if you've worked since you got him. |
