I leave Ozzy in his xpen from 7:45am until 5pm 2 days a week. He does ok. He has food, water, toys, bed and pee pads. The other 3 days I send him to Doggie Daycare. He loves it! Maybe you could send him to Daycare one or 2 days a week to help break up the time alone? Or hire a dog walker, that may be less expensive too. Make a few calls before you upset yourself with deciding to rehome him. There may be another way...
