Oh, honey, I am sorry to hear this. With your work schedule sounds like he is having to stay crated most of the day. Do you have a room that you could close the door to confine him? At least he would have more space. And another option and probably the best is to get another yorkie if there's anyway you can. He will have company and a playmate and it will just make his little fly by. if you aren't able to do either of these, as bad as it hurts, you might need to re-home him but try these things if you can first.
