I work at a restraurant and I have seen things over the years that...well, things I try hard not to think about when I'm out eating. You have to realize that everyones hair does fall out...hopefully it is clean. However, if you want to make sure your dishes and silverware are clean...eat at home. We have plenty of college graduates where I work, some with masters or working on them...now with that said, the majority of people that work in the rest. field aren't um....highly educated. Some are convicts on parole, some just idiots that think its funny and ok to pick up food that has been dropped and serve it. Or spit in someones food. It amazes me that a person can think it is ok just because you have a high maintenance person in. I encourage you...eat at home...unless your in my area on Friday lunches, Saturday dinners and Monday dinners...
