So I have a question that has been bugging me.
I found a GREAT breeder that I love and I have no doubts about her. Well, last week I went to go pick out my puppy (at almost 5 weeks of age). I did not get to meet mommy (I did meet daddy) because a few days before my visit, the breeder lost mommy suddenly of a staff infection from the c-section. I guess mommy did not show any signs of being sick, not even a temp, until it was 2 late.
Now my question is that will my puppy have any problems from loosing his mommy at 4 weeks? The puppies do interact with the other dogs (5 of them). But will he have behavioral issues? I just keep reading about how mom is important for so many things, Im just getting nervous.
