Yes it is a big weight jump, my vet said it is not that she is really fat but with her already having lp surgery being over weight a little is bad for her legs not to mention everything else health wise. Lily has access to food all day as well but normally does not eat much till night time. I am not sure how to compare it to how much she ate as a puppy because when she was little it was a job every night trying to force her to eat anything. She did not really start eating on her own regularly till she was spayed and had teeth done at 6 months.
