One time my fiance and I were in bed, and well not to get into detail, but we were still dressed and you could tell he was...um..yeah..through his pants, Rocky jumped up on the bed, saw it through his pants and started growling at it!!! It was so funny!
Maybe part of the yorkie personality is to not like peepers?
