How old is your baby? I would not give the treats as that is rewarding the behavior. If she is still young, it will get better as she gets used to it and gets comfortable in knowing that you always return. When you leave in the morning do not make a big deal of it, that will just give her more anxiety. Just walk out the door in a normal fashion. If you make it seem as a normal part of your day, she will catch on, especially if she is still a pup. It gets better it really does, hang in their mommy.
