Go to
User CP...(it's a thin blue bar running across the top of site far left)
click
EDIT AVATAR
click
CUSTOM AVATAR
THEN...look for this:
BROWSE .......and in the place where it says this:
Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:
(it’s the 2nd place…not the url place)
you click on your pic and upload it -
