Ok, I just did some emailing....I don't know if it will do any good, but it was worth a shot. Hopefully someone will pick up this story and run with it. I counted 59 dogs that currently stand to be euthanized. That is completely unacceptable.
MsFamous -- I love your name even more! Audrey is my heroine -- I came SO close to naming Amelia either Ms Famous (after Mr Famous, himself) or Assam Assam. I decided on Amelia instead because I got her when we went down to the beach house on Amelia Island. Lots of great memories there - It's my favorite place! So, it made sense to name her after it.
