You know, I don't see how a dog can suffer for that... besides that, if somebody is spending 40 dlls on a dress, I guess the dog, male or female is beyond spoiled!! Sometimes I have to rethink the phrase "living a dog's life". We should learn to be open minded, and stop criticizing people... JMHO...
