I didn't look at the link, but I know I've looked at the onesies before at the store, and I'd get the preemie size for Max....but he's smaller. I would think that the 18 mos would be fine.

Have you seen that comfy collar? I think that's what it's called...I'm pretty sure I saw it reviewed on dogblogtv.com. You may want to check that out. But the onesies are cuter, LOL.
