I drove to her house today with a letter...not the legal one...but in an attempt to get the papers for the last time. She was not there...her car wasn't but her cousin who is in town was. Cousin told me that Becky wouldn't be home till later in the afternoon. I asked her to give Becky my letter and she said that she would. Haven't heard from her yet. Don't know if she back from where ever she went, but I am sure that the cousin read the letter and called Becky's cell phone to tell her what was going on.
Even took a friend with me so at least if this does end up in court, I have a witness see that at least I was doing my part to try to get the papers. |
I'm sorry, but SCREW HER. She is giving you the run-around. Get both. Let your lawyer do her job and get as much as you can outta this scam artist. She's gonna be scared sh*tless and hopefully will get her dogs taken from her because she's an idiot. Who signs a contract like that and doesn't honor it? What, did she think you didn't care?? ugh.
