 How early is too early to let them go?

My dad is getting one of Nalas puppies.
(he gets his cheaper....FREE..lol)
Anyways,,,he wants his puppy ASAP
He wants me to fly it down to NC. where he just moved in March from Ohio near my sister. Me and the puppy that is.
He has his new home all set up and is ready for his new puppy NOW.
I told him no way can this puppy come at 6 weeks. Hes 70 , so he doesn't understand why he cant get it at 6 weeks. His 18 year old Poodle died last year. And he got him at 6 weeks.
Anyways....HELP....I never let mine go before 12 weeks.
Being my Dad. What is the soonest I can safety take him his puppy?
