Just try to stay calm.... she will know what to do.. help clear the sack from the face first, mom will help. be careful not to let her chew the cord too close. I had to watch Sunshine with that, she couldn't chew it off so I clamped with hemostats... or you could tie with dental floss about an inch from the baby, then cut or pinch it off on the outside part away from baby. Let mom clean it, then help it to latch on and nurse til she iis ready to deliver the next
