i am soooooooo sorry, but this seems to be a trend with groomers, many people have had the same problems...... i do toby's hair myself, but i keep him in a 'puppy cut', so it is easier to keep up..... do you have a before picture and an after picture???
if i were you i wouldnt have paid them, if you wrote "trim around eyes and bum" that usually implies VERY LITTLE cutting, and if they cut the body hair that is just plain WRONG, you should file a complaint with the manager of teh grooming salon you went too and see if you can get your money back, because that just plain sucks........... |
