hahaha this happens every night at our house! My boys will be crashed out on the couch, and when I say "let's go to bed", they get all excited and run around like crazy with the "zoomies"! I think it's so funny! I'm lucky though, they settle right down with me in bed and go right back to sleep. It's like they have to get that last bit of energy out first!
