I dont really have an answer. I got Teddy neutered, but he was around 5.5 lbs at the time. Your baby is so little. And if there is any interest you might have in breeding him, then I would put it off for a little while. I know dogs can get neutered when they are older, but if you are still unsure and if its tomorrow, I would hold off. Don't do something you will regret. Jacoby is sooo cute though.
