Wstrayhan, I have the exact same problem but Ozzy pees on the floor but will always run to the pad to poo. He was 98% pee trained until about 4 1/2 months old then seemed to forget how to pee on the pad
We are working on it. I bring him to his pad every few hours to pee and hope one day he remembers to go there on his own!
