It it looks like a bullseye, it is more than likely lymes disease. The testing for lymes disease takes awhile and while one test may not show conclusively, repeated testing may need to be done. From my understanding, there are several values involved and if any of the values has any increase, then you should continue with the possiblity of lymes. I would try and find a vet little more versed with lymes disease or get your vet to investiage further.

My community has 13 homes and out of that 5 homes have been affected with lymes. One family has all 4 members affected. Good news is that 2 of them caught it early enough to be able to control it but the other 2 have been having some of the effects as they did not know they had it until it had progressed.

Good luck and keep testing even though the 1st test came back negative.
