Today I noticed a red ring with a red dot in the middle on Illy's belly. I'm freaking out a little bit. I called the vet and she said she has seen the same thing on a few other dogs in the past couple of weeks, but she doesn't know what it is. She said she thinks it's an allergic reaction. I'm just wondering if anyone here has seen anything like it?
