Click user cp up at the top...scroll down until you see list subscriptions...click that...there you will see all your subscribed to threads. If you have changed your subscription notifications to none...no new thread updates will be emailed to you...but in order not to receive emails from the threads you are already subscribed to...you need to manually change the notification on each to none.
