Get some Karo syrup in her. Just rub it on her gums. The vet told me to ALWAYS have sugar water mixed up in the fridge. Mix it half and half and give it with a syringe if you need to.
Daisy almost died. If I had not known to give her the Karo syrup she would have. Minutes can make a difference.
You need to keep her sugar level up while she is stressed. I would also give her a pea size bit of nutracal every hour through the day.
This is nothing to mess with. They can go down very fast.
Excellent info! Also, if your baby goes down to as not be able to eat on her own. Only rub the Nutrical, sugar water, or syrup on her gums as to not choke. You do NOT want to syringe anything down her throat if she is not alert enough to handle.

Also, when giving the Nutrical, sugar water, or syrup you should see an improvement within minutes. If not rush her to her vet asap or emergency vet if your's is not readily available.
