They also have these menstrual cups at Walmart(thats where i got mine from) called Insteads. I have an IUD and cant use hormone pills and bought these for when i went on my cruise with my cycle in tow lol. They worked fine and u can also "do the do" while its inserted. Just google Instead menstrual cups for more info. Im gonna have to buy more for my upcoming June cruise
But u have to be comfortable with ur body when inserting and taking them out
