I'm not sure what kind of Hawk it was. I will look it up and let you know.

I do know that a Hawk will carry away a small dog! I know someone who has seen a Hawk carry away their Yorkie and we also have a least one member on here who lost her Yorkie to a Hawk. A few years ago, I was walking Tucker (my teapot yorkie at 9 lbs) and a Hawk tried to get him. It cut his back up very badly. And the rabbit that it got was bigger than Lily who is only 2 lbs on a good day

Thank for the advice on the Eagles and different types of Hawks!
