Oh poor little Dior - I HATE HEARING THESE STORIES ! I cant believe how many small dogs are killed by larger dogs.....My girls and I were charged by a pitt just a few weeks ago and ALL of what you just posted went thru my mind....
I was lucky - I had them way up in the air near my face but that dog really wanted to 'get to' them.
on the flip side - my neighbors have one that seems very gentle...it's just too bad I'll never trust him as he seems like a big sweetheart....
I'm so so sorry for your friend and my prayers are with them
