No, Rylie's had really short hair most of his life. My parents always kept him really short before I got him. He was pretty much shaved when I got him in October and I've been growing it out since then. It's medium-length now. His bangs are driving me crazy because they are long now, but not long enough to pull back in a topknot yet...probably another month.
