I agree stress /excitement cause drops in blood glucose levels and nutrical should be given. In my opinion she has be frightened causing traumatic stress (fear) . Give reassurance and keep her away from the trigger (doberman) that caused the stress. She might need you to stay close for a while til she becomes her old self.
