I'm having the same problem Coca was born 2/17 and goes on the paper for #1, but will go everywhere else for #2 and people have been telling me the scolding thing with newspaper, heck I didn't even spank my children so you know I can't spank him. And he does so well with #1 it's funny he can be on one side of the house and take off running to get to his paper but not for #2 will be patient and keep trying.
