Itsy only makes noise when she's in her playpen and she wants my attention. When she's out and when we're out for walks she never barks at anyone. She always wants to greet and sniff people. When we walk by she pulls towards them with her little nubby tail wagging like crazy, but she never barks at them, or at other dogs. |
