Personally I'd hold off on the antibiotics. The body is stronger if allowed to fight on it's own. Keep an eye out for redness, soreness, lethargy, or a temp. It's uncomfortable when you get engorged but not necessarily a problem if the teat is nursed on. That's one thing I remember from nursing my own babies.
