No need for concern yet. If you can get a pup to nurse on the harder teat. If it's too tight to get a pup to latch on put a warm compress on it for a minute than try to express a bit of milk from it. Just a bit of expression should soften the teat enough to get a pup to latch on. The pup will empty the teat bringing mom relief.
