In all honesty I would be very weary about a breeder that lets her pups go so young. Usually 12 weeks is the minimum. Even though it's only 3 weeks that 3 weeks gives the pups more socialization, and the mother is still correcting bad behaviors. As for the aggressive behavior the mother sounds like she was not properly socialized as a pup, or the people don't get her out and around others and the dog is fear nipping. I don't belive it is the dogs fault at all I feel its the breeders. Having said that... these are just MY personal opinions, others will probably not agree and that's okey dokey.
