This has happened twice with Daisy since we've had her and like everyone else, I thought I would have a heart attack. Especially after our little Peanut (male Yorkie) was hit and killed by a car in January.
Peanut and Daisy both came to us as adults. I so wish we would have been able to train them from a puppy. I'm also afraid that Abby will do what Daisy does, since it seems to be doggy see, doggy do. Abby is only 13 weeks old right now.
We've always had retrievers and they seem to understand their boundries and don't bolt when they get the chance. I think Yorkies are natural born bolters.
I wonder if Daisy is too old for obidence class? |
