Hi please help,

I posted in emergencies and no one answered. I just called the vet and he will see Barclay at 10:00AM. He just drank some sugar water, peed outside, a tiny bit. I have his poop from this morning and his vomit which I will bring to the vet. Am I overreacting???? He had his heartworm pill on Saturday for the first time, could it be this????

My baby is almost 4 months old. Yesterday his appetite was down and he cuddled much more than usual. He ate breakfast and pooped normally three to four times outside, solid, no diarrhea. He slept the night as usual and is playful off and on. Out for walk this morning he was himself. I went to take a shower and he was in his confined area with his toys playing. When I came downstairs he vomitted most of his breakfast. Yesterday, while outside he ate a couple of dandelions. The vomit looked like his food that he just ate and no strings, or anything I could see that he ingested. I am worried. Is this normal for them to vomit.

Should I call the vet?

Thanks for any guidance you can provide. I am just a nervous mom.
