First, log out of YorkieTalk. Then try to clear your Internet cookies and Internet cache and then sign in again. Please make sure cookies are enabled on your Internet browser settings.

Here is how to clear your Internet cookies:

You can also try to clear your Internet cache files. Here's how to do that:

We suggest members do NOT use the AOL Browser to access YorkieTalk. Internet Explorer works much better with our site than AOL's browser.

Or you may try another Internet browser, such as Firefox (Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable) or Opera (Opera browser: Home page), both which are free.
